  • Yes: 18%

As businesses look at retention concerns as the economy improves, I wouldn’t be surprised to see more companies embrace benefits for older workers. Increased retirement contributions, part-time and flexible scheduling and more thoughtful health insurance could help retain and attract in a way that more money necessarily can’t.
