Last week, we asked: Do you feel as if the wage gap between men and women has narrowed in your organization?

- No, 39%
- I don’t know, 12%
On the heels of a study that said the wage gap was getting more narrow across the board, this was an interesting poll result. I’d obviously love to get the gender breakdown on the two questions, just to see if there were any surprises. Barring that though, many are still skeptical that the wage gap is improving significantly.
