April is Customer Loyalty Month. Here are my favorite tips from customer-service expert Shep Hyken, as published on BusinessInsider.com.
- Everyone in your organization needs to be a leader when it comes to customer service. Teach them all.
- Give your customers a gift. It doesn’t have to be expected, and it will be memorable and appreciated.
