Looking back on 2015, how was your year?
- It was much better than expected: 11%
- It was better than expected: 29%
- It was as expected: 24%
- It was worse than expected: 24%
- It was much worse than expected: 11%
Slightly Better than Expected. Statistically speaking, things skewed toward it being a better year than expected but not by much. The more interesting question is how will your 2015 performance influence how you approach 2016? If your 2015 was better than expected, will you be investing in growth in 2016? If it was worse than expected, will you change your forecast or change your operations? I’m happy to hear it was a good year for many of you. I hope 2016 is better for all of you.
