Last week, we asked: Do you feel as though there has been an increase in HR jobs in your area?

While it might be hard to get excited about a moderate increase in jobs, it looks as though HR professionals aren’t seeing the result in their area. Most think there hasn’t been an increase in HR jobs locally. And as studies pile up saying that a large proportion of the workforce is disengaged, one has to wonder when HR professionals will feel confident about jobs that are out there.
