Not going undercover

Last week, we asked: Considering the popularity of CBS’s “Undercover Boss,” have you tried having executives work with your most challenging employee positions?

The participants in “Undercover Boss” have praised the effect that the show has had on their bottom line — even their company stock. Yet, few of our readers are even considering doing a similar experiment in their own companies. Why not?
