We all face dramatic budget constraints due to decreased revenues. Along with the fiscal pressures comes a renewed scrutiny from the public we serve. In this environment, we must be able to demonstrate that every dollar we are spending on technology is really making a difference for our students. No matter which framework you use to make decisions and evaluate the progress and effectiveness of your program, it is absolutely critical that you are basing those critical decisions on solid data that can be clearly communicated to stakeholders to ensure continued support and investment.
