A Twitter role model?

Twittering can help you find a job. It can also cost you a job. Maybe even a relationship. How do you draw the line? Andy Blumenthal, the chief technology officer at the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, seems to have found the right formula. In this short, punchy interview with OhMyGov, he spells out his agency’s mission in under 140 characters, touches on how the federal government is going Web 2.0, and explains how he balances his personal need for expression with representing the federal government. “I use my own judgment. Fortunately I have a great boss who trusts me,” he says.
