I agree with him for the most part. But returning all voice-mail messages? That’s nuts. I have absolutely no obligation to return every cold call I get, whether they are looking for a job, trying to get me to check out their blog, or selling vacuums. I don’t have time to do it, and good business etiquette doesn’t require it.
