People are talking about your brand whether you like it or not. Don’t you want to know what they have to say? This is a terrific opportunity to hear positive feedback about your business. And if it’s not so positive, you get an opportunity to fix the issue and create a raving fan. At minimum, consider setting up a Google alert for your company’s name and yours as well.
